Paid plans may provide faster review, featured placement, or promotional visibility. Payment does not guarantee permanent publication if a submission violates policies or legal requirements. Refund handling, if any, is determined case by case unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant fastlaunch the right to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of the directory and related marketing for the service.
fastlaunch does not guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, conversion rates, or business outcomes from any listing or promotional placement.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
